De oplossing is deze pastasalade. (koolhydraatarm? Kies dan voor Atkins Penne )<br \/>\n+ 1 komkommer<br \/>\n+ 4 tomaten<br \/>\n+ 1-2 rode paprika&#8217;s<br \/>\n+ sla (kies zelf een lekkere soort)<br \/>\n+ 400 gram (vegetarische) kipreepjes<br \/>\n+ 4 el rode pesto<\/p>\n<p>Maken is heel simpel;<br \/>\nKook de pasta zoals aangegeven op de verpakking. Spoel vervolgens af met koud water. Bak de kipreepjes en laat ze afkoelen. Snijd de groente en meng ze met de pasta en kipreepjes. Meer en\/of andere groente mag natuurlijk altijd!
