Of althans, hier heeft het gesneeuwd. En waar vraagt je lichaam om met dit winterse weer? Juist ja, comfort food.\u00a0 Dus wat maakte ik vandaag? Warme appel met kaneel. Snijd de appel in stukjes en verwarm het gedurende 1 minuut in de magnetron op de hoogste stand of in de koekenpan met een beetje olie. Bestrooi met kaneel en klaar is je tussendoortje.<\/p>\n<p>P.S. de warme appel is ook lekker door kwark of yoghurt en samen met muesli of havermout maak je er een gezond ontbijtje of lunch van!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Het sneeuwt!
